Hey everyone. I’m sorry it’s been so long since I posted here. Life (and work) got REALLY busy. I also had a few blog technical challenges. For those that know me, that’s not my strength. I think we’ve mostly worked through those, and with what’s going on in the world, this blog is more important than ever.
With the outbreak of the CV-19 pandemic, things have changed forever in our world. While we don’t know 100% what the future will look like, we know that things today are operating significantly different than they were a month ago. And, we know we’re never going back to “the way things were.”
I’ve got a lot of thoughts around what the future holds for the change management discipline, and the important role we’ll play in this historic time. I’ve also talked to and listened to some of our practice thought leaders, and I’ll lace in some of those thoughts (giving credit!), as well.
