After a decent hiatus, I’m back and blogging about the thing that I’m professionally most passionate about – Change Management! It’s been a crazy year, and well, life just gets busy sometimes. Faith and family will always come first for me, and with a 14, 12, and 10 year old at home, as well as a wonderful wife, sometimes you have to prioritize.
However, I’m getting into a good place now. I want to reengage, and I’d love for you to join me. It’s never been a more exciting time to be in Change Management. There’s so much happening. Digital transformations are taking over the corporate world, and Change is (or should be) at the forefront of each. Businesses are starting to build out their internal change capabilities. Practitioners are entering the discipline in droves.
